2024 Benefit Highlights
- NEW Voluntary Pet Insurance
- To help care for your furry family members, we are pleased to offer group coverage through Wishbone Health Insurance. Pet insurance will join our other voluntary programs (Voluntary Life and AD&D, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity) to give you an opportunity to purchase coverage at group rates.

- Paycor will be partnering with Sun Life Financial for life insurance, disability benefits, and leave management.
- PLUS One-Time Guaranteed Issue Life and AD&D Coverage. If coverage is increased during Annual Enrollment, you will receive a guaranteed issue of coverage without completing the required Health Assessment.

- Paycor started making $10 per month ($120 annual) contributions to the Thrive Tech Wallet in July 2023 and will continue these contributions into 2024.
- Funds can be used for technology that you need to keep your home office running smoothly. All purchases are yours to keep.

Action is NOT Required
If you don't want to make changes to your benefit elections, your current coverages will carry over into 2024. Action is required for participation in 2024 Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Annual Enrollment begins Nov. 3 and ends on Nov. 17. If you wish to make changes or enroll in a 2024 FSA, you must complete and submit your enrollment no later than Friday, Nov. 17.
