2023 Voluntary Benefits
New to 2023, Paycor will begin offering Voluntary Benefit Coverages. Initial enrollment will take place between March 1st and March 15th. The next opportunity to enroll outside of this initial enrollment period will be during Annual Enrollment in November.
Accident Insurance
Provides a benefit payment after a covered accident that results in the specific injuries and treatments. Some of the most common treatments and conditions include ER treatment, x-rays, physical therapy, stitches, follow-up doctor treatments.
Critical Illness Insurance
Provides benefits for covered conditions and diagnoses. The most common conditions include heart attack, kidney failure, stroke, coronary artery bypass, cancer.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Covers out-of-pocket costs from a stay at the hospital, intensive care unit, or rehabilitation facility.

NEW to 2024, Paycor will be offering Wishbone Pet Insurance through Pet Benefit Solutions. Covers out-of-pocket costs for pet injuries/illnesses, and also offers a wellness plan option. Wishbone Pet Insurance is accepted at any vet in the U.S., including emergency hospitals.
