New Hire Resources

Our benefits website is designed to informeducate, and help you to make the most of your benefits. Each of our providers, our plan details, and plan rates can be found here.  In order to be eligible for benefits, you must be full-time and regularly scheduled to work 40 hours per week, or part-time and regularly scheduled to work at least 25 hours per week.

New Hire Benefits Enrollment

As a new hire, you will have the opportunity to enroll in our core rewards programs like medical and dental. During your first week at Paycor, you will receive an email from our People Rewards team with instructions on how to elect or waive benefit coverage. You will have 30 days from your hire date to complete your enrollment.  

Benefits are effective on the 16th day of employment

Outside of the new hire enrollment, you may elect to add, drop, or change coverage during the Open Enrollment, which typically occurs in November. You may also change benefit elections during Qualified Life Events such as marriage, divorce, the birth or adoption of a child, or a change in employment status. Requests to make a change to your benefits due to a Qualified Life Event must be submitted within 30 days of the event.
