Paid Time Off (PTO)

Finding a balance between your professional and personal lives is important to your overall health, which is why Paycor offers programs and resources that emphasize satisfaction outside of work. The amount of PTO you are eligible to earn varies on your length of service and your hire date within the calendar year.

2025 Paid Time Off (PTO)

Paycor understands the importance for Associates to have time off throughout the year to rest, enjoy time with family, and take care of themselves and others. You are awarded time off work without loss of pay to rest, enjoy personal pursuits, take care of yourself and your family, and tend to personal affairs.

Paycor Associates are eligible for a set number of PTO days based on years of service.

YEARS OF SERVICE ELIGIBLE DAYS
                0 – 2                   22
                3 – 5                   24
                6 – 9                   26

All Associates regularly scheduled to work 25 or more hours a week, are eligible for holiday pay, as are Associates who work a non-standard schedule. Associates working fewer than 40 hours per week receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis. Some Associates who regularly work less than 40 hours a week may not work every day. If an Associate is regularly scheduled to work on a holiday, they receive holiday pay based on their schedule. If they are not regularly scheduled to work on that holiday, they will not receive holiday pay.

You must be in active paid status to receive holiday pay. If an observed holiday falls when you are on an unpaid leave of absence not exceeding 12 weeks, you will receive payment for the holiday. If you are on an Extended Leave of Absence beyond 12 weeks, you will not receive payment for the holiday. If you are on Short Term Disability or Long Term Disability, you will receive disability pay consistent with the applicable disability plan. Seasonal, temporary, contract, and intern Associates are not eligible for holidays. Holidays are not paid out upon termination.
