Adoption Assistance
Effective January 2021, Paycor is pleased to expand upon our existing family-friendly benefits to include an Adoption Assistance Reimbursement Program. We understand adoption has significant financial considerations and we want to create an adoption-friendly culture that celebrates your family formed through adoption. To help with this exciting time, we may provide financial support for reasonable and necessary expenses directly related to the adoption of a child of up to $5,000 per calendar year.
Beyond the newly introduced financial support, Paycor also provides opportunities for Paid Parental and FMLA leave. We want to ensure you and your family have resources and opportunities to connect and bond.

Eligibility & Guidelines
The following criteria of an Associate must be met to receive Adoption Assistance:
- Must be an active, full-time or part-time, benefits eligible Paycor Associate
- Have a minimum of six months of continuous active service
- Must be actively employed at the time of reimbursement.
