The 2025 updates are all about creating meaningful changes and improvements to our programs, setting Paycor apart as a leader in the industry. At Paycor, we believe in taking care of each other, and these updates reflect our commitment to providing exceptional benefits that support what matters most - the well-being of you and your loved ones.

2025 Benefit Highlights

New Programs

  • Airvet Pet Telemedicine
    • Airvet connects you with over 2,500 veterinarians across the US that can provide support for all animals and conditions. Whether it's a general question or an urgent concern, Airvet's Pet Telemedicine provides convenient and reliable veterinary care 24/7, saving you time, money and stress.

  • Pet Bereavement Leave
    • Effective April 1st, 2025, bereavement leave will be expanded to include (1) paid day for the loss of a pet. We recognize the emotional bond between associates and their beloved pets, and want to provide you with time to grieve such difficult times.
  • Compassionate Leave
    • We understand the importance of supporting associates during challenging times. Compassionate Leave will provide five (5) paid days for expectant parents who experience the loss of a pregnancy.

Enhanced Programs

  • Parental Leave
    • Paycor understands the importance of baby bonding time for all parents, regardless of the method of birth. The eligibility of our Parental Leave benefit will be expanded to include parents of children born via surrogate. With this expansion, we can ensure that all parents can spend quality time with their newborns.
  • Elder Caregiver Leave
    • We understand the importance of supporting associates who are caring for their elderly loved ones and recognize that grandparents play a vital role in many families. The eligibility of the Elder Caregiver Leave benefit will be expanded to include grandparents and grandparents-in-law.
  • 401(k)
    • Super Catch-Up
      • Super Catch Up allows eligible participants who are ages 60-63 to make an additional pre-tax contribution of up to $10,000 or 150% of the plan year's catch-up limit, whichever is greater. This will allow associates to further maximize their retirement savings.
    • Portability Services Network (PSN)
      • With PSN, participants can enjoy the convenience of having their retirement savings consolidated into one place. The partnership with six leading recordkeepers will provide automatic rollovers for past plan participants with balances between $1,000-$7,000.
    • Federal Disaster Hardship Withdrawal
      • We understand that unforeseen disasters can have a significant impact on the lives of our associates. The Federal Disaster Hardship Withdrawal will allow plan participants who have been affected by a federally declared disaster to withdraw funds from their 401(k) without incurring penalties or taxes associated with early withdrawals.
    • Terminally Ill Hardship Withdrawal
      • We are committed to supporting associates that are facing challenges such as terminal illness. The Terminally Ill Hardship Withdrawal is designed to provide financial flexibility and peace of mind for associates who are certified by their physician as having an illness or condition that is considered terminal within 84 months.
    • Domestic Violence Hardship Withdrawal
      • We understand the seriousness and sensitive nature of domestic violence situations, and are committed to supporting our associates who may be affected by these circumstances. The Domestic Violence Hardship Withdrawal is designed to provide flexibility and financial support for those who have been impacted by domestic violence. Associates will be eligible to withdraw funds from their 401(k) without incurring penalties or taxes associated with early withdrawals.

General Updates

  • Medical & Prescription Drug, Dental, and Vision
    • Costs and coverages often change from year to year. Premium and deductible information can be found by going to Benefit Options.
    • If enrolled in Paycor's medical plan, you will receive new insurance cards for 2025. If you are enrolled in paperless with UHC, you will receive an email containing your new virtual insurance card. To request a physical copy, login to your account at UHC.
  • United Healthcare
    •  Advocate4Me is designed to provide personalized support and guidance to UHC members, helping them to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. UHC members have access to a dedicated advocate who can assist with a variety of healthcare-related needs. These advocates can help members understand their health benefits, find in-network doctors and hospitals, schedule appointments, coordinate care, and answer questions about medical bills and claims.

Action is NOT Required

If you don't want to make changes to your benefit elections, your current coverages will carry over into 2025. Action is required for participation in 2025 Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Annual Enrollment begins Nov. 4th and ends on Nov. 18th. If you wish to make changes or enroll in a 2025 FSA, you must complete and submit your enrollment no later than Monday Nov. 18th.
